The problem
A Kratom retailer was growing and drowning. Fulfilment, customer support, and compliance documentation were all manual, and every new order added work that somebody had to do by hand.
What we built
We revamped the store and implemented custom procedures to manage fulfilment, customer assistance, and compliance documentation. Orders, COA delivery, and support routing now run through automation instead of a person with a spreadsheet.
The result
With fewer manual processes, the team reduced operational time by half and scaled faster with lower overhead.
